Payment in full is due with Registration. Fill in the registration sheet completely, including contact numbers and signature. Please include any special needs (i.e.: autism, learning disabilities, speech impediment, etc) on the form. You must sign the sign-in book prior to each lesson. Payment for a new session is due at the 7th of the 8th lesson or there will NOT be an 8th lesson.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel a lesson there are no make ups or rescheduling. If MARTAR cancels a swim lesson for any reason ( i.e.: inclement weather, pool is closed, vacation, instructor is sick), then we will add the corresponding lesson at the end of your originally scheduled set of lessons or another time that is mutually available.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be given. Rescheduling will be done at MARTAR's sole discretion. Upon a physician's confirmation of a need to cancel, MARTAR will refund 75% of the cost of the remaining lessons.
